Sport Pilot Powered Parachute Training

From learning the basics of airspace & engine systems to starting a PPC and flying ground reference maneuvers we can show you everything you need to know to become a Sport Pilot in a Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) Powered Parachute. For ultralight pilots and instructors who wish to transition to Sport Pilot Travel Air offers a Sport Pilot training kit and proficiency check course. Make an appointment to sit with a CFI and go trough what it takes to become a new Sport Pilot. Generally only a few hours airtime is needed and a few hours ground school to become proficient and familiar with the Sport Pilot rules and requirements. (This depends on each pilots aeronautical knowledge & flying skill)

Using a Powered Parachute Flight Training Kit you can transition to Sport Pilot and obtain your license/certificate for your category of light sport aircraft (LSA).
